A peek inside...and out of Fairytale Incorporated

Here is a peek inside and out...
Fairytale Incorporated is inspired everyday by the good fortune of this magical barn.

Two years ago, several people wanted to tear down this lovely creature. And from the sight of it...you might agree!

But without the hard work and determination of craftsmen like Dave Ciolek Barn Restoration and Dave Scholten Custom Remodeling this barn would not have been possible.

I'm inspired everyday when I walk into this sacred space.

As you can see...much of the existing wood and flooring was saved...believe it or not... and any replacement wood that was needed was obtained by other barns that were being dismantled.

It took one long, but thankfully mild winter to hand crank this barn into shape.

The hole in the roof was the size of a tree. As a matter of fact, there was a tree growing in the roof!

After deciding to keep the outside in it's original condition. The artistic craftsmen insulated the walls and lined them with corrugated steel. A great touch that aligns the present with the past.

This was truly the beginning of the fairytale. No one thought the barn could be saved. Well, almost no one.

So...I do believe...dreams really do come true at Fairytale Incorporated.
